Bastion is the mysterious government official, working with Operation:
Zero Tolerance, who's job is to hunt down and kill mutants -- specifically
the X-Teams! Durring his reign of villainy, he trapped Jubilee in the Operation:
Zero Tolerance base (which just so happens to be the former H.U.L.K. Busters
base) and tried to get her to tell him the X-Men's secrets.

Black Tom Cassidy
Black Tom is the villainous cousin of Banshee, and has tortured Banshee
all his life. When Syrin was born, it was kept a secret from Banshee and
Black Tom raised her as her own and made her a criminal. Black Tom has
attacked Banshee on numerous times. And his most recent caper: capturing
Gen X and tried to get Banshee to kill Emma. It was thought that Penance
had killed him, but he has recently made an appearance in Uncanny X-Men
#361 which makes you wonder: how'd he escape death?

Tristan Brawn
Tristan Brawn is the grandson of the rich and evil Hunter Brawn. When the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters began accepting human students, Tristan enrolled as well. He was the only human student for a long time to know of Gen X’s mutant powers, and even had a brief fling with Paige Guthrie. He left the school with the rest of the human students.
