Omega Red
Arkady Rossovich was originally a Russian assassin. He originally ran into Banshee during his Interpol years. Banshee killed Arkady because of his serial killing rampage. Arkady was later made into Omega Red by the Russian government. He now had cabonadium tendrils that siphon off energy from his victims and make him stronger. Most recently, Omega Red came after Generation X to seek revenge on Banshee. Chamber alone, though, defeated him.

Orphan Maker
Not much is known about Orphan Maker. A woman named Nanny, who takes care of Orphan Maker, wants to kill the parents of mutants and raise they mutant children as her own. Orphan Maker does much of her dirty work. It is assumed that he is a very young mutant boy that Nanny took in and raised as her own after she killed his parents. Orphan Maker's true powers are unknown.
