Deaf from birth, Rana lived with her parents and sister most of her life in Manhattan. When in a music store buying a record for her sister, she ran into Jonothan who spoke to her telepathically. Naturally, she was stunned since she had never heard real words her entire life. After getting over the shock, she and Jono hung out and she fell in love. He neglected her and after this meeting was over he never spoke to her again.

Kurt Pastorius is a street punk, a kid who thinks about nothing except for girls and getting into trouble. When he joined Generation X, Kurt fell in love with Arlee Hicks, the girl who was supposed to be a freak of nature. Although Kurt's x-ray vision gets him in trouble during many occasions, Kurt has learned to be a team player and has become good friends with Mondo.

Nathan Richards
Following the apparent deaths of his estranged family (the Fantastic Four), Nathan took it upon himself to care for Franklin (his grandson), the FF's amazing technology (which he sent to the Negative Zone), and the kingdom of Latveria (that he was able to see some stability to thanks to X-Force). To give Franklin Richards the best care possible, he took his grandson to Xavier's school of gifted youngsters, where he could be cared for by other mutants like himself. He left him with Generation X until his son's return from a pocket universe of Franklin's own creation.

Robin
Tim Drake is the third and current Robin in Batman comics. Robin first met Generation X durring the DC Versus Marvel crossover, where he and Jubilee fell in love and were forced to fight each other in one of the famous DC Versus Marvel battles. They later re-met in All Access, when Jubilee talked Access into teleporting her to the DC universe to see Robin. Durring All Access, Robin told Jubilee that he has a new girl friend (Ari) and fought Two-Face and Scorpian.
